Please take a moment to understand why we do not accept returns. Most of our products are made by handloom or power loom and are made by traditional loomers in India, resulting in each product being one of a kind. Subtle variations in patterns, slubs, and uneven threads are natural to the process of weaving, and we believe this makes each creation unique and charming. Some call it je ne sais quoi. We call it MSS Heirloom.
- We do not compromise on quality, and that’s our promise. Strict quality control measures are taken to ensure the product reaches the customer without any damage. In case of other issues with the product, contact us at (213)267-1948.
- Custom orders that have been stitched/woven for specific sizes, for example, blouses stitched as per a customer’s measurements, cannot be returned.
- A product returned to us as per these terms, can only be exchanged for another product or store credit. Store credit will be available for use after confirmation from us once the product has been received back and is noted exchangeable.
- In case of any return/exchange, the shipping charges for the returns will be borne by the customer. Items returned must be in all original packaging (tags and box included).
- If a customer has made an order and wishes to cancel, they can do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Contact us immediately, and we will process the cancellation request.
