Due to COVID-19, we are operating with certain shipping restrictions as a result of government containment measures, and delivery may take longer than usual.

We currently deliver only to the US. Shipping is absolutely free for orders over $100. Standard shipping charges are $5.99. Shipping may take up to 10–15 business days.

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days unless any customization or stitching of blouses is involved.

We do not ship to PO boxes.

Once an order is shipped, customers will receive a dispatch confirmation email with their tracking details. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

All orders are shipped on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that the recipient may be liable for any customs fees and local tax. Product prices are exclusive of all import duties.

Duties and taxes incurred on shipment are the customer’s responsibility. Please note that MSS Heirloom does not have any control over these fees, and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by location. For more information, please contact the local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse customers for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

Customers are asked to provide an accurate, complete, and valid address as well as a pin code when setting up an account in order to prevent delays. MSS Heirloom will not be responsible if an incorrect address is provided, and the buyer will not be entitled to a refund for any delays in the delivery of the products that were brought on by factors outside of our control.
